She's fit, flexible and knows how to work it. She does a real -time work out for us. This is the ultimate Surrender challenge. She does as many sets as she can within a 8 minute time frame. Why 8 minutes? Well, That's just 1 round for ultimate surrender. If you can't complete 1 round of this real time challenge then you wont' be able to handle 1 round of U/S. One set consists of 50 crunches 10 burpee and 20 pushups. Can you beat Wenona? Give it a try!
